By Car
Brooklyn-Queens Expressway: Atlantic Avenue exit. Office is 2 blocks on the right, just before Henry Street.
From the Brooklyn Bridge: Adams Street/Boerum Place to Atlantic Avenue; turn right. Office is 3 blocks on left side of street.
Patients with difficulty walking can be discharged in front of the office. As this is a bus stop, the car must be attended.
Parking is available in the Long Island College Hospital garage on Hicks Street between Pacific Street and Atlantic Avenue.
By Bus
B61 and B63 stop in front of the office.
By subway
By subway: 2, 3 ,4 or 5 to Borough Hall; M or R to Court Street/Borough Hall; A, C or F to Jay Street. F or G to Bergen Street.
B61 connection is available from the A, C or F at Jay Street.
